Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate 150 gm
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Cream 3 cups
- Caster sugar 1/4 cup
- Cherries for decoration
Method:
- Cut chocolate into small pieces and put in bowl.
- Then add butter.
- Now put bowl on double boiler until chocolate melts.
- Then remove from stove and cool it.
- Now add cream and mix it.
- Then beat remaining cream with sugar, mix in chocolate mixture and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then take piping bag with big star nozzle, fill cold mousse, take it out in bowl or serving glasses, decorate with cherries and serve.
Chocolate Mousse is delightful and mouth-washing dessert. It is prepared with dark chocolate, served in glasses, decorated with cherries and served chilled. Make it at home.
