Ingredients:
- Khoya 2 cups
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Chocolate food color 2-3 drops
- Chopped almonds for garnish
Method:
- Heat khoya in non-stick pan, add sugar, mix it nicely and cook until mixture is thick.
- Now sieve cocoa powder, put in pan and mix it nicely.
- Then add chocolate food color and mix it nicely.
- Now put mixture in plate and cool it.
- Then divide mixture into 12 portions and give shape of pera.
- Now keep pera on serving plate, garnish with almonds and serve.
Chocolate Pera is new dessert. It is prepared with khoya & cocoa powder and garnished with almonds. It is quick and easy recipe to make. It is served in Diwali in India.
