Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Long chopped green chilies 4
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Put beef mince, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook it.
  2. In this time, boil eggs with salt in water.
  3. When it boils hard, take it out and wash with cold water.
  4. Then remove skin and put one one clove on both sides.
  5. When water of mince dries, put oil.
  6. Also put green chilies and whole red chilies and roast it nicely.
  7. Then put lemon juice.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan, fry onion until golden brown and spread on paper.
  9. Then put eggs and fry it slightly.
  10. Then take out mince in dish, cut eggs into 2 pieces and decorate it.
  11. Then put brown onion, ginger and coriander leaves and serve hot.

Anda Keema is amazing dish. It is easy recipe to make. Mince is cooked, eggs are boiled and decorated on mince. Serve with hot naan.
