Red Blood Sauce

Ingredients:
- Chopped tomatoes 300 gm
- Chopped onions 1/2 cup
- Chopped spring onions 2 strands
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Beef stock 1/2 cup
- Apple vinegar 4 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend it nicely.
- Now put this mixture in pan, boil it, cool for 5 minutes and serve.
Red Blood Sauce is new sauce. It is prepared with tomatoes, beef stock & apple vinegar, blended and cooked. Serve with fried chops and crunchy burger.
