Red Blood Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chopped tomatoes 300 gm
  • Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  • Chopped spring onions 2 strands
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Beef stock 1/2 cup
  • Apple vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend it nicely.
  2. Now put this mixture in pan, boil it, cool for 5 minutes and serve.

Red Blood Sauce is new sauce. It is prepared with tomatoes, beef stock & apple vinegar, blended and cooked. Serve with fried chops and crunchy burger.
