Mixed Sabzi

Ingredients:

  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely crushed garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Boiled cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Boiled carrots 1/2 cup
  • Boiled green beans 1/2 cup
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put onion and garlic and fry it.
  2. When onion is brown, put tomatoes, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, peas, yogurt, crushed red chili and salt and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Then take out in serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Mixed Sabzi is very common dish. Prepared with cauliflower, carrots, green beans and pees. Serve with roti or rice.
