Chatpaty Beef Balls

Ingredients:

  • Beef or mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Fresh whole red chili 4
  • Green chilies 8
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix mince and bread slices and grind in chopper.
  2. Now put green chilies, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar, onion, maida, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
  3. Then make small balls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry on low flame.
  5. When golden brown, serve with tomato ketchup.

Chatpaty Beef Balls is spicy dish. Prepared with mince & bread slices, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. Serve with ketchup or sauce.
