Chatpaty Beef Balls

Ingredients:
- Beef or mutton mince 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Bread slices 2
- Egg whites 2
- Fresh whole red chili 4
- Green chilies 8
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix mince and bread slices and grind in chopper.
- Now put green chilies, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar, onion, maida, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
- Then make small balls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
- Then heat oil in wok and deep fry on low flame.
- When golden brown, serve with tomato ketchup.
Chatpaty Beef Balls is spicy dish. Prepared with mince & bread slices, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. Serve with ketchup or sauce.
