Ingredients:

  • Chicken (12 pieces) 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed green chilies 8
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Fresh cream 2 packet
  • Finely chopped onion 3
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Rice 2 to 2-1/2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Yellow color 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, mint leaves, green chilies and yogurt in pot and boil it.
  2. Water dries, mix black pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Heat oil in wok, fry onion until golden brown, take it out and spread it.
  4. Then put chicken in hot oil.
  5. Boil rice.
  6. Also put salt, mint leaves and green chilies and boil it.
  7. Then drain water.
  8. Mix fresh cream in chicken.
  9. Then make layer of half rice in pot and spread chicken.
  10. Then mix half onion crushed.
  11. Then make layer of remaining rice.
  12. Then mix fresh milk and yellow color, put on rice and simmer it.
  13. When steam comes, serve hot biryani with yogurt raita.

Reshmi Biryani is tasty & delicious dish. Chicken and fresh cream are used. Make this different biryani dish.
