Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
- Grated dark chocolate 75 gm
- Coffee powder 2 tsp
- Butter 50 gm
- Maida 225 gm
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder 35 gm
- Sugar 220 gm
- Milk 180 ml
- Egg 1
- Hot water 1 cup
Method:
- Sieve maida, baking powder and cocoa powder in bowl.
- Now add grated chocolate and mix it.
- Now add sugar, milk and eggs and mix it.
- Then add melted butter and mix it.
- Now grease oven proof dish and put mixture.
- Now dissolve coffee powder in hot water.
- Now put in oven proof dish.
- Then bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes and serve.
Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding is delicious baked pudding. Prepared with dark chocolate, coffee powder and cocoa powder.
