Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Grated dark chocolate 75 gm
  • Coffee powder 2 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Maida 225 gm
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 35 gm
  • Sugar 220 gm
  • Milk 180 ml
  • Egg 1
  • Hot water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Sieve maida, baking powder and cocoa powder in bowl.
  2. Now add grated chocolate and mix it.
  3. Now add sugar, milk and eggs and mix it.
  4. Then add melted butter and mix it.
  5. Now grease oven proof dish and put mixture.
  6. Now dissolve coffee powder in hot water.
  7. Now put in oven proof dish.
  8. Then bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes and serve.

Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding is delicious baked pudding. Prepared with dark chocolate, coffee powder and cocoa powder.
