Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 10
- Curry leaves 4
- Onion 2
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Peanuts roasted 4 tbsp
- Coconut 4 tbsp
- Sesame 2 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Grind cumin, sesame and peanuts.
- Heat oil in pan, fry green chilies and take it out.
- Now fry onion until brown.
- Then put yogurt, tamarind pulp, curry leaves, grinded masala, ginger garlic and red chili powder and roast masalay.
- Now put boiled meat and cover it for 10-15 minutes.
- Then put green chilies and close stove.
Hyderabadi Mirch Gosht is spicy dish. It is prepared with mutton and green chilies. Served with rice.
