Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Onion 2
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Peanuts roasted 4 tbsp
  • Coconut 4 tbsp
  • Sesame 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Grind cumin, sesame and peanuts.
  2. Heat oil in pan, fry green chilies and take it out.
  3. Now fry onion until brown.
  4. Then put yogurt, tamarind pulp, curry leaves, grinded masala, ginger garlic and red chili powder and roast masalay.
  5. Now put boiled meat and cover it for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Then put green chilies and close stove.

Hyderabadi Mirch Gosht is spicy dish. It is prepared with mutton and green chilies. Served with rice.
