Tamatar Gosht

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chopped tomatoes 375 gm
- Chopped green chilies 3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Heat oil, put cumin with ginger garlic paste and mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin and fry it nicely.
- Then put 1 cup water and cook until meat is tender.
- Now add tomatoes, cover it and cook until meat and tomatoes tender.
- Then add coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
Tamatar Gosht is delicious dish. Its main ingredients are mutton and tomatoes. Garnished with coriander leaves & green chilies and serve with rice or naan.
