Ingredients:
- Maida 3 cups
- Milk 2 cups
- Eggs 2
- Yeast 2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits as required
Method:
- Put maida, eggs, baking powder, yeast, sugar, salt and oil, knead with milk nicely and cover it for 1 hour.
- Now make small small naan, brush with oil, sprinkle dry fruits, bake on 180 degrees C and serve.
Kashmiri Naan is new naan. Prepared with maida & eggs, topped with dry fruits and baked. Must try this recipe.
