Vermicelli Omelette

Ingredients:
- Boiled vermicelli 1 cups
- Eggs 4
- Green onion 2
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mushrooms 1/4 cup
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat vegetable oil in pot, add garlic, vegetables, mushrooms and soya sauce, stir fry for 2-3 minutes, take out in bowl and toss it nicely.
- Then beat eggs with salt, black pepper and red chili flakes in other bowl and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in non-stick pan, spread cooked vegetables and boiled vermicelli.
- Then pour egg mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now take out in plate, cut into pizza style and serve.
Vermicelli Omelette is new omelette. It is prepared with mushrooms, vermicelli, vegetables and eggs. Served in pizza style.
