Ingredients:

For Soup:

  • Chopped tomatoes 6-7
  • Onion 1
  • Crushed garlic 1 clove

For Salsa:

  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped onion 1/2
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp

For Garnish:

  • Nachos as required
  • Cream as required
  • Finely chopped green onion as required

Method:

  1. Put all soup ingredients in pan and add 1 liter water.
  2. Now boil it and blend it.
  3. Then cook soup on low flame.
  4. Then add tomato, onion, capsicum, chicken powder, white pepper, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and oregano.
  5. Then put tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
  6. Now dissolve corn flour in 1/4 cup water, add in soup and thick it.
  7. Take out soup in bowl and put nachos.
  8. Then garnish with cream and green onion and serve.

Mexican Salsa Soup is delicious soup. Soup is prepared with tomato and cooked with salsa ingredients. Then topped with nachos, garnished with cream & green onion and serve. Must try this soup.
