Coconut Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For Crust:
- Biscuits crumbs 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Unsalted butter 4 tbsp
For Cheesecake:
- Cream cheese 8 oz
- Cream of coconut 1/2 cup
- Coconut essence 1 tsp
- Condensed milk 1 can
- Grated coconut for garnish
- Whipped cream for garnish
Method:
- Combine all crust ingredients nicely.
- Now put in serving glasses and press it downward.
- Then beat cream cheese, cream of coconut and condensed milk until smooth.
- Now add coconut essence and combine it.
- Then put cheese cake filling on crust and keep cheesecake in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and grated coconut and serve.
