Coconut Cream Custard

Ingredients:
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Water 1 cup
- Coconut 1 cup
- Coconut milk 1/2 tin
- Eggs 4
- Sugar (for caramel) 1/2 cup
- Coconut essence 1/2 tsp
- Cream for decoration
Method:
- Melt sugar in saucepan until golden.
- Now spread in mold and leave for set.
- Mix condensed milk, water, coconut milk and coconut in eggs, blend it, beat for 1 minute and put in mold.
- Now bake over water for 45 minutes and cool it overnight.
- Then turn it, decorate with cream and serve.
Coconut Cream Custard is delightful dessert. Its flavor is amazing. Prepared with coconut milk & condensed milk, mixed in eggs and baked over water. Served chilled.
