Coconut Cream Custard

Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Water 1 cup
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1/2 tin
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar (for caramel) 1/2 cup
  • Coconut essence 1/2 tsp
  • Cream for decoration

Method:

  1. Melt sugar in saucepan until golden.
  2. Now spread in mold and leave for set.
  3. Mix condensed milk, water, coconut milk and coconut in eggs, blend it, beat for 1 minute and put in mold.
  4. Now bake over water for 45 minutes and cool it overnight.
  5. Then turn it, decorate with cream and serve.

Coconut Cream Custard is delightful dessert. Its flavor is amazing. Prepared with coconut milk & condensed milk, mixed in eggs and baked over water. Served chilled.
