Ingredients:
- Beef undercut slice 1/2 kg
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Marinate:
- Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate beef with marinate ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil and fry cumin.
- When brown, put beef, salt and red chili, mix it, cover it and cook it.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fries.
Jhatpat Pasanday is delicious dish. Beef is marinated and cooked with spices. Served with fries.
