Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut slice 1/2 kg
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

For Marinate:

  • Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with marinate ingredients for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil and fry cumin.
  3. When brown, put beef, salt and red chili, mix it, cover it and cook it.
  4. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fries.

Jhatpat Pasanday is delicious dish. Beef is marinated and cooked with spices. Served with fries.
