Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Eggs 2
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Knead white flour as required
  • Ghee for fry

Method:

  1. Put chickpeas, green chilies, mint leaves, salt, garlic, cumin, egg and green onion in chopper, chop it and make paste.
  2. Now make small small rotiyan and put chickpea mixture in center.
  3. Keep second rolled roti on top, heat ghee on tawa and fry parathay.

Haray Chanoy Ky Parathay is new paratha dish. Prepared with chickpeas, green chilies, mint leaves & green onion, chopped and stuffed in parathay. Must try.
