Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped onions 3
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Finely chopped green chilies 8
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry onion golden brown and spread half onion on paper.
  2. Put turmeric, ginger, garlic and salt in half onion and cook until water of mince dries.
  3. Now mix coriander leaves, green chilies and garlic cloves in bowl and grind chutney.
  4. Now put little oil in other pan, fry chutney and mix in mince.
  5. Put black pepper and lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. When ready, take out in dish, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.

Keema Masala is spicy dish. Prepared with mince and green chilies. Serve with hot naan.
