Bread Roll

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Bread slice 1
- Egg whites 2
- Crushed green chilies 6
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel potatoes and mash with fork.
- Mix salt in chicken mince and dry water.
- Cut sides of bread slices, mix in dry mince and chop in chopper.
- Then mix soya sauce, potatoes, black pepper, green chilies, coriander leaves and cheese nicely.
- Make rolls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
- Then heat oil in wok, deep fry rolls until golden brown and take it out.
- Then serve with tomato ketchup.
Bread Roll is tasty dish. Chicken mince, potatoes and cottage cheese are used to prepared this dish. Served with ketchup or sauce or chutney.
