Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Bread slice 1
  • Egg whites 2
  • Crushed green chilies 6
  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and mash with fork.
  2. Mix salt in chicken mince and dry water.
  3. Cut sides of bread slices, mix in dry mince and chop in chopper.
  4. Then mix soya sauce, potatoes, black pepper, green chilies, coriander leaves and cheese nicely.
  5. Make rolls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Then heat oil in wok, deep fry rolls until golden brown and take it out.
  7. Then serve with tomato ketchup.

Bread Roll is tasty dish. Chicken mince, potatoes and cottage cheese are used to prepared this dish. Served with ketchup or sauce or chutney.
