Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Coffee 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Maida 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Frosting:

  • Cream 200 gm
  • Chopped chocolate 12 oz
  • Hazelnut chocolate spread 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For cupcakes: Put all ingredients in bowl and beat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Now put mixture on paper lined muffin tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  3. For frosting: Heat cream in saucepan.
  4. Now add chopped chocolate and remove from stove.
  5. Now fold hazelnut chocolate spread and cool it.
  6. Now put this mixture in piping bag, fill in center of cupcakes and do frosting on top.
  7. Now dust cupcakes with icing sugar and serve.

Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes is delicious dessert. Cupcakes is prepared with coco powder & coffee mixture and baked. Then filled & topped with chocolate frosting and served.
