Mutton Macaroni Pie

Ingredients:

  • Boiled mutton 1/2 kg
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped carrot 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Boiled macaroni 1 cup
  • Salty biscuits 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil mutton with ginger, carrot, onion, green chili and salt.
  2. Put 4 cups water and cook until meat tender and 1 cup stock remains.
  3. Heat butter, put maida and stock and cook it.
  4. Then add shredded meat and cook it.
  5. Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and all sauce in other pan, heat it, put macaroni and take it out.
  6. Grease pie dish and put mutton mixture, boiled eggs and macaroni mixture.
  7. Then put salty biscuits and bake it.

Mutton Macaroni Pie is amazing dish. Mutton is boiled and cooked in butter. Macaroni is cooked in sauce. Mutton mixture, eggs & macaroni mixture placed in pie dish, topped with salty biscuits and baked.
