Egg Jalfrezi

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Onion 2
  • Cloves 8
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed white cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and roast ginger garlic paste slightly.
  2. Now add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, white cumin and crushed red chili and roast it little.
  3. Stir fry onion and capsicum separate in other pan in little oil and add in masalay.
  4. Peel boiled eggs, put cloves on both sides, put oil in frying pan and fry eggs.
  5. Then heat jalfrezi and take out in dish.
  6. Then cut fried eggs into 2 pieces, spread in dish and put chili sauce on top.
  7. Serve egg jalfrezi with plan rice.
