Kofta Masala

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices 2
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
For Masalay:
- Ground raw onion 2
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Grind chickpeas, white cumin, black cumin, all spice and poppy seeds finely.
- Now mix grinded masala and bread slices in mince and chop in chopper.
- Then mix mint leaves, coriander and green chilies, make small small koftay and shallow fry in frying pan.
- Now heat oil in pot and fry raw onion until pink.
- Then add ginger garlic, turmeric and red chili powder and roast it slightly.
- Put tomato puree, green chilies and all spice powder.
- Also put fried koftay.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Kofta masala is ready.
Kofta Masala is tasty dish. Prepared with beef mince & green vegetables, made koftay and shallow fries. Served in tomato puree gravy.
