Mutton Khoya Kabab

Ingredients:
- Mutton mince 1/2 kg
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 oz
- Finely chopped onion 1 cup
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Sweet soda 1/2 tsp
- Onion slice for garnish
Method:
- Put khoya, butter, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin in mutton mince, mix it and chop in chopper nicely.
- Before making kabab, add sweet soda.
- Then make kabab in seekh kabab shape and fry in pan or bake.
- Then given smoke of coal and serve with onion.
Mutton Khoya Kabab is tasty kabab. Mutton is mixed with khoya, butter & spices and chopped in chopper. Then made kabab, fried or baked and then given smoke of coal. Served with chutney and onion or make kabab paratha.
