Makhni Chops

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chops 1 kg
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Put water, chops, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in pot and boil it.
  2. When chops tender, close stove.
  3. Heat oil in other pan and fry onion until golden brown.
  4. Now put tomatoes, yogurt, cream, salt, cardamom and red chilies and roast it nicely.
  5. Then put boiled chops, put coriander leaves and butter and simmer it.

Makhni Chops is delicious dish. It is creamy and buttery chops. You can prepare with mutton, beef or lamb chops. Must try this recipe.
