Sooji Ka Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Water as required
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Almond slice 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio slice 2 tbsp
  • Rose water 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and put cardamom.
  2. Then add semolina and fry it nicely for 30 minutes till golden.
  3. Now remove from stove.
  4. Then add sugar and hot water and stir it.
  5. Now keep it again on stove and stir it until water dries.
  6. Then cover it and simmer on tawa.
  7. Then add rose water.
  8. Then garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.

Sooji Ka Halwa is very common halwa. It is simple and easy recipe to make. You can add some more ingredients.
