Sooji Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Ghee 1 cup
- Sugar 250 gm
- Water as required
- Green cardamom 6
- Almond slice 2 tbsp
- Pistachio slice 2 tbsp
- Rose water 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee and put cardamom.
- Then add semolina and fry it nicely for 30 minutes till golden.
- Now remove from stove.
- Then add sugar and hot water and stir it.
- Now keep it again on stove and stir it until water dries.
- Then cover it and simmer on tawa.
- Then add rose water.
- Then garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
Sooji Ka Halwa is very common halwa. It is simple and easy recipe to make. You can add some more ingredients.
