Chicken 65 Masala

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 500 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry

For Marination:

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Seasoning:

  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Curry leaves as required

For Seasoning Mixture:

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash chicken and strain it nicely.
  2. Now marinate it with marination ingredients for 45 minutes.
  3. Then combine red chili powder, garlic paste, salt, yogurt and vinegar with 2 tbsp water and make sizzling mixture.
  4. Now marinate it, sprinkle some maida, heat oil in pan, fry chicken until golden brown and dry it.
  5. Then heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, put curry leaves, green chilies and cumin, fry it and keep it aside.
  6. Then toss fried chicken in seasoning mixture and serve with onion rings.

Chicken 65 Masala is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with marination ingredients and fried. Tossed in seasoning mixture and served with rice.
