Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:
- Rice 1 cups
- Mushrooms 200-250 gm
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Onion 2-3
- Chilies 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
Method:
- Strain rice, cook with 5 cups water, salt and few drops of oil, strain it and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil in pot, stir fry garlic and onion for 2 minutes on low flame, add mushrooms and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Now add chilies, soya sauce, black pepper and rice, cook for 2 minutes and serve.
Mushroom Rice is tasty rice. The combination of mushrooms with rice is amazing. You can add some more ingredients.
