Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 cups
  • Mushrooms 200-250 gm
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Onion 2-3
  • Chilies 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

Method:

  1. Strain rice, cook with 5 cups water, salt and few drops of oil, strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Then heat oil in pot, stir fry garlic and onion for 2 minutes on low flame, add mushrooms and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Now add chilies, soya sauce, black pepper and rice, cook for 2 minutes and serve.

Mushroom Rice is tasty rice. The combination of mushrooms with rice is amazing. You can add some more ingredients.
