Lemon Cream Soda

Ingredients:

• Sugar 1 cup
• Water 1 cup
• Lemon 1
• Yellow color as required
• Club soda as required
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Milk 1/2 cup
• Whipped cream as required
  

Method:

1. Peel lemon, cut into long chunks, put in small water with water and sugar, boil for 1 minute, add 5-6 drops yellow color, make syrup and keep in fridge.
2. Then put cold syrup, club soda and lemon syrup in serving glass, garnish with whipped cream and serve.
