Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • Gelatin 30 gm
  • Milk 275 gm
  • Double cream 275 ml
  • Vanilla 30 gm
  • Sugar 125 gm

For Sauce:

  • Sugar 175 gm
  • Water 175 ml
  • Strawberries 150 gm
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. For panna cotta: Soak gelatin in water until soft, add cream and vanilla.
  2. Then add sugar in milk and cook on low flame until sugar dissolves.
  3. Then add cream, vanilla and gelatin, mix it nicely, divide mixture into 4 portions and cool in refrigerator.
  4. For sauce: Put sugar, water and strawberries in pan, blend it and make smooth sauce.
  5. Then put panna cotta in serving plate, put sauce, garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Vanilla Panna Cotta is delicious dessert. It is an Italian dessert. Gelatin is mixed with cream and vanilla. Then mixed with milk and chilled. Served with sauce.
