Ingredients:

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water to knead
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Sieve flour and wheat flour.
  2. Now mix with ghee, egg, yogurt, salt, soda, yeast and sugar.
  3. Then knead with water, cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  4. Now make puri of dough, deep fry it and serve with kabab.

Khameeri Roti is other variety of roti. Flour and wheat flour is used to prepared this roti. Deep fried and served with kabab.
