Wonton Soup

Ingredients:

For Wonton Wrap:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Green onion 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Soup:

  • Chicken stock 1 jug
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green onion 2-3
  • Coriander leaves or Parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. For wonton wrap: Put maida in bowl.
  2. Then add eggs and salt and knead hard.
  3. Now roll roti.
  4. Now cut into square pieces.
  5. Sprinkle maida, cut wrap and make layers.
  6. For filling: Cut chicken into small pieces.
  7. Put all ingredients in chopper and make paste.
  8. Then beat egg.
  9. Now fill wraps with paste, spread egg on edges and close wraps in different styles.
  10. For soup: Add chicken stock, mushrooms, soya sauce and green onion in pot and boil it.
  11. When all ingredients are mixed, put wontons in it and cook it.
  12. When wontons are ready, take out soup in dish.
  13. Then garnish with parsley or coriander leaves and serve.

Wonton Soup is new variety soup. Wonton wrap is prepared with maida and eggs. Filled with chicken mixture and closed. Cooked in soup and serve. Must try this soup.
