Fish With Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Carom 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Oil for fry
For Sauce:
- Finely chopped ginger 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with black pepper, salt, oregano, red chili powder and corn flour for 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry it.
- For sauce: Heat oil and fry garlic.
- Now put all ingredients and cook it.
Fish With Ginger Sauce is tasty dish. Fish is marinated and fried. Then served in ginger sauce. Must try this recipe.
