Spicy Spinach Raita

Ingredients:

  • Cold yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped spinach 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped tomato 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat yogurt with salt until smooth.
  2. Now add vegetables and spices until cumin and mix it nicely.
  3. Then add crushed coriander leaves, mix it and put in serving bowl.
  4. Now sprinkle cumin and serve.

Spicy Spinach Raita is amazing raita. It is prepared with vegetables and cold yogurt. Serve with keema biryani.
