Spicy Spinach Raita

Ingredients:
- Cold yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped spinach 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomato 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
- Beat yogurt with salt until smooth.
- Now add vegetables and spices until cumin and mix it nicely.
- Then add crushed coriander leaves, mix it and put in serving bowl.
- Now sprinkle cumin and serve.
Spicy Spinach Raita is amazing raita. It is prepared with vegetables and cold yogurt. Serve with keema biryani.
