Baked Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• Chocolate cookies crushed 2-1/2 cups
• Melted butter 3 oz
• Cream cheese 2 packet
• Condensed milk 1 tin
• Eggs 3
• Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
• Chocolate chips 1 cup
• Maida 1 tsp
  

Method:

1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
2. Mix crushed cookies with butter, spread on 9 inch springform pan and make base.
3. Beat cream cheese in bowl until fluffy.
4. Now put condensed milk and beat more.
5. Add eggs and vanilla essence and mix it.
6. Put 1/2 cup chocolate chips and maida in small bowl, mix it and fold in cheese mixture.
7. Then put on top of crushed cookies base and put remaining chocolate chips.
8. Now bake it for 1 hour and cool it.
9. Then garnish with fresh cream and serve.
