Honey Chicken

Ingredients:

• Boneless chicken 300 gm
• Corn flour 3 tbsp
• Egg white 1
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp

For Sauce:

• Onion small cube 1
• Capsicum small cube 1
• Honey 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients, fry it and keep it aside.
2. Now heat oil in wok and fry onion.
3. Then add remaining sauce ingredients, put fried chicken, toss it and serve.
