Thai Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Carrot julienne 1 cup
  • Cabbage julienne 2 cups
  • Beans sprouts 1-1/2 cups
  • Rice noodle 1 cup
  • Finely chopped green onion 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chicken mince 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Spring roll papers 2 dozen

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put mince and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add remaining ingredients except roll papers and cook on high flame.
  3. Then take out vegetables with strainer, put on spring roll papers and roll like spring roll.
  4. Then close roll with maida mixture and deep fry it.
  5. Serve spring roll with sauce.

Thai Spring Rolls is tasty dish. It is prepared with same ingredients as of spring rolls. Beans sprouts, chicken mince and rice noodles are added in this dish. Serve with sauce or dip.
