Puri Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead
  • Ghee or Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put maida, flour, oil and salt in bowl, knead with lukewarm water and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll like roti and fry on tawa in oil or ghee.
  3. Puri paratha is ready.

Puri Paratha is common dish in Pakistan. It is prepared with maida and flour. It is served with BBQ dish.
