Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Flour 1 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lukewarm water to knead
- Ghee or Oil for fry
Method:
- Put maida, flour, oil and salt in bowl, knead with lukewarm water and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then roll like roti and fry on tawa in oil or ghee.
- Puri paratha is ready.
Puri Paratha is common dish in Pakistan. It is prepared with maida and flour. It is served with BBQ dish.
