Shikampuri Kebab

Ingredients:
- Meat 1/2 kg
- Chana daal 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Fennel 2 tsp
- Whole coriander 2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
For Filling:
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed green chili 1 tsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Put meat, black pepper, salt, whole coriander, red chili, ginger garlic paste and fennel in pot and cook it.
- When meat tender, cool it, grind in chopper and add egg.
- Now mix yogurt, green chili, mint leaves, onion and salt.
- Then make kabab, fill mixture in it, flat with hands and fry in oil.
