Ingredients:
- Boneless fish cubes 1/2 kg
- Onion slice 1
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1-2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put fish, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and salt in bowl.
- Heat grill pan or steak platter and grill fish cubes.
- Then heat steak platter, spread onion slices, put fish cubes and serve.
Fish Sizzler is delicious dish. Fish is mixed with spices & sauce and then grilled. Served with onion slices in steak platter. Must try this recipe.
