Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 kg
- Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 10
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and put garlic.
- Then put tomatoes, salt, crushed red chili and turmeric and roast on high flame.
- Then add spinach and fenugreek leaves.
- When water dries, simmer it for 10 minutes and sprinkle green chilies.
Palak Methi is healthy & delicious vegetable dish. The combination of spinach and fenugreek leaves is wonderful. You can serve it at any time.
