Ingredients:

  • Beef mince (machine grinded) 1 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped onion 3
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
  2. Now roast ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder with little water.
  3. Now add mince and salt and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put green chilies, coriander leaves and lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Then ready parathay, keep little mince and make roll.
  6. Delicious keema paratha roll is ready.

Keema Paratha Roll is tasty roll. It is prepared with beef mince. Beef mince is cooked and stuffed in paratha. You can prepare it with chicken mince and can also add some vegetables and sauce.
