Ingredients:
For Sauce:
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Hot sauce 1/4 cup
For Seasoned Flour:
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder & Paprika 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Wash chicken wings and dry it.
- Mix all ingredients of seasoned flour, coat wings with this mixture and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Then take out wings and deep fry for 20 minutes till golden brown.
- Then coat wings in sauce, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
- For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Dhaka Fried Chicken Wings is amazing dish. Wings is coated with maida seasoned flour and deep fries. Then coated in sauce and served.
