Dhaka Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1/2 kg

For Sauce:

  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Hot sauce 1/4 cup

For Seasoned Flour:

  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder & Paprika 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash chicken wings and dry it.
  2. Mix all ingredients of seasoned flour, coat wings with this mixture and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. Then take out wings and deep fry for 20 minutes till golden brown.
  4. Then coat wings in sauce, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
  5. For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Dhaka Fried Chicken Wings is amazing dish. Wings is coated with maida seasoned flour and deep fries. Then coated in sauce and served.
