Mediterranean Fish Bake

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
For Tomato Sauce:
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Jalapeno 2-3 slice
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Capsicum 1/2
- Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
For Topping:
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
- Olives as required
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
For White Sauce:
- Butter 2 oz
- Maida 2 oz
- Milk 2 cups
- Water 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt, black pepper and garlic powder and grill in oil.
- For tomato sauce: Blend all ingredients, cook until thick, take it out and keep it aside.
- For white sauce: Blend all ingredients and cook in pan.
- When thick, take it out and keep it aside.
- For assemble: Grease dish.
- Now spread fish fillet, make one layer of white sauce, one layer of tomato sauce, put topping ingredients on top, bake on 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, take it out and serve.
Mediterranean Fish Bake is new & amazing dish. Fish is marinated & grilled. Tomato sauce & white sauce ingredients are blended and cooked. Then poured on fish in dish, topped with topping and baked.
