Ingredients:

  • Buns 6
  • Boiled potatoes 3
  • Peeled peas 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower 1 small flower
  • Carrot grated 1
  • Crushed green chilies 4
  • Mustard powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed white cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

To Spread on Bun:

  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 small packet
  • Hot milk 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Put cauliflower, carrot and peas in pot and add white vinegar.
  3. Also put salt and steam it slightly so that water of vegetables dries.
  4. Then take it out and grind it.
  5. Make bhurta of potatoes with fork and add vegetables in it.
  6. Mix black pepper, red chili, lemon juice, salt, mustard powder, green chilies, mint leaves and white cumin and knead it nicely.
  7. Heat oil in frying pan and stir fry potatoes mixture.
  8. Then toast bun on tawa in oil.
  9. Spread hot milk on one bun.
  10. Mix chili sauce in butter, spread on bun and spread vegetables.
  11. Then keep second part of bun, cut from center and serve.
