Cheese Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 400 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp

For Garlic & Mustard Sauce:

  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter as required
  • Long chopped capsicum 1
  • Long chopped onion 1
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Hot dog buns 4

Method:

  1. Marinate beef undercut with all ingredients and keep it aside.
  2. Now fry undercut in butter.
  3. Then put capsicum, onion and cheese, stir fry for 2 minutes and take it out.
  4. For sauce: Boil garlic in 1/2 cup water.
  5. Now mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard paste, salt, black pepper and garlic powder in it and blend it.
  6. Toast buns and spread garlic & mustard sauce on both buns.
  7. Keep beef and vegetables, cover with cheese and serve with fries.

Cheese Steak Sandwich is delicious sandwich. Beef undercut is marinated and fried in butter. Then sauce is spread in hot dog buns and beef, vegetables & cheese is stuffed in buns.
