Ingredients:

  • Whole beef piece 1/2 kg
  • Chili garlic sauce 5-6 tbsp
  • Bread slice (sandwich) 14-15
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Salad leaves for decoration
  • Cucumber 2-3
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Butter as required
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 4-5
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Carrots 2
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For beef: Mark deep cut on beef and put garlic cloves in it.
  2. Now make mixture of vinegar, black pepper and salt, spread on beef and tie with thread.
  3. Then wrap in plastic and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  4. Now heat 3 glass water in pot, put beef and cook for 3-4 hours.
  5. Turn beef after few few minutes so that masala mix nicely.
  6. Beef tender, spread butter on it and keep in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Beef is ready.
  8. For sauce: Put mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste, black pepper and carrot in bowl and mix it nicely.
  9. Now toast bread slices on grill pan until marks comes.
  10. Then spread sauce, keep beef slices and serve.
