Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:

For Teriyaki Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Green onion 8-10
  • Salt to taste
  • BBQ sticks as required

For Teriyaki Sauce:

  • Japanese soya sauce 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • White vinegar 5 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For sauce: Put water as required, soya sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and lemon juice in pan and cook until it boils.
  2. When it boils, put maida gradually gradually in water and cook until thick.
  3. When sauce is thick, remove it. Sauce is ready.
  4. For chicken: Cut chicken into cubes.
  5. Cut center part of green onion.
  6. Now dip both in sauce.
  7. Skew on BBQ sticks.
  8. Bake on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  9. During baking, take out BBQ sticks and spread sauce.
  10. Repeat this step 1-2 more times.
  11. Dish out it and serve.

Teriyaki Chicken is Japanese dish. It is prepared with chicken, dip in sauce and baked. Serve with sauce.
