Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum cubed 8
  • Lemons 2
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Make boti of chicken fillet, hammer it slightly, put ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt and leave for 1 minute.
  2. How heat oil in wok, put masala chicken, dry water and roast it slightly.
  3. Then put lemon juice, cumin and black pepper and simmer it.
  4. Then shallow fry capsicum, onion and red chilies in other frying pan.
  5. Then put salt and sugar, stir fry it, put on chicken and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Delicious chicken jhatpat is ready.

Chicken Jhatpat is delicious dish. It is easy & quick recipe to prepare. Serve with rice or naan.
