Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 4
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Capsicum cubed 8
- Lemons 2
- Whole red chilies 8
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Make boti of chicken fillet, hammer it slightly, put ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt and leave for 1 minute.
- How heat oil in wok, put masala chicken, dry water and roast it slightly.
- Then put lemon juice, cumin and black pepper and simmer it.
- Then shallow fry capsicum, onion and red chilies in other frying pan.
- Then put salt and sugar, stir fry it, put on chicken and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Delicious chicken jhatpat is ready.
Chicken Jhatpat is delicious dish. It is easy & quick recipe to prepare. Serve with rice or naan.
