Ingredients:
- Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Fried & chopped onion 3 tbsp
- Roasted & chopped poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed whole red chilies 10
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Simmer:
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Onion 1
- Coal 1
Method:
- Marinate pasanday with all ingredients for 1 hour.
- Cook pasanday in hot oil on low flame.
- Now put yogurt, salt, green chilies, simmer it and serve.
Dhuwan Dahi Pasanday is delicious. Beef pasanday is used. It is marinated and cooked. Then simmered and served with rice.
